Guarantee

All Force Ten products are designed and manufactured to exacting standards and are covered by our user warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturing faults of the fabrics, parts and workmanship. This warranty covers the functionality of the product for its normal, intended use as specified in Force Ten's consumer literature or website. It does not cover poles, malfunction of any fabric or component that has resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidents, damage due to excessive winds/weather, improper re-packing or natural degradation due to sunlight.

No consequential loss may be claimed under this guarantee. This guarantee in no way affects your statutory rights.

If you believe your product is a warranty claim, please first contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. They will advise you of the most appropriate course of action. Should the product need to be returned to us for inspection, then please visit our after sales page and download the relevant form as this will speed up the return, inspection and warranty process.  Please do not return the product to us, without following the above procedure, as this may result in unnecessary delays and the product being returned without inspection.

The Force Ten Warranty lasts for two years from the date of purchase as standard.

Repairs

Our Camping Spares and Repairs division specialises in repairs and parts replacement. If your product is not covered under warranty, they can offer replacement tent parts to prolong the life of your tent.

We can provide replacement poles, pole sections, bags and spares, for all current tent models and those going back over 5 years.

For repairs, please visit Camping Spares and Repairs at www.campingspares.co.uk, where you can order new parts or complete a repairs form.

When completing a repairs form, please provide as much detail as possible, including the Product Code e.g. Tents have a Product Code identity label on the inner tent or swing tag starting with TEH, TEJ or similar. If you are emailing photographs please keep them below 300kb (each) and attach them to the e-mail, as opposed to them being inserted within the e-mail.

For consumers within mainland Europe, we also have a repair centre partner in Holland. Please contact them through www.tentrepairs.eu.

To order new poles you will need to know the model & year of your tent click here for information on the model and year of your tent.

Warranty

We work with our retail partners to manage all warranty repairs, and it is important that the sales contract (between you and the retailer you purchased your product from) remains valid, throughout any warranty claim. If you believe your product is a warranty claim, please initially contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product and they will advise you of the most appropriate course of action.  Should your retailer decide that your product needs to be returned to us for inspection, they will return the product on your behalf. The more detail you can provide, the quicker and more accurate we can be in our response.

Products must be returned for inspection clean and dry. Any products received in an unsatisfactory condition may be returned to the sender without inspection.

If you bought your product from Force Ten.co.uk and are unsure which retailer supplied the product, please contact our retail service provider- Shopatron on 01793 461650.
